The Well aims to provide classes that are created to meet the needs and goals of ALL ages and abilities. Each class is designed with intention and will always provide modifications, as well as options for more advanced challenges. Our goal is to provide a space that is inclusive, empowering, and renewing - The Well is a place to fill your cup.

 

REFILL

Refill is a restorative yoga-inspired class designed to increase flexibility, enhance mobility, and promote deep relaxation. Through slow, intentional movements and mindful stretches, you'll release tension, improve posture, and increase joint range of motion. This class is perfect for all levels, whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy week or improve your overall flexibility. Embrace the soothing flow of breath and movement as you stretch your body, calm your mind, and refill your cup.

WELL | METHOD

Well Method is a low-impact, full-body workout that blends the sculpting precision of Pilates, the grace of barre, and the flow of yoga. Designed with intention, each movement is slow, focused, and aligned with the breath to build strength, enhance flexibility, and deepen body awareness. We hope this class encompasses everything The Well stands for: filling your cup in sweat, in stillness, and in strength.

WELL | STRONG

Well Strong is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, power, and endurance from head to toe. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and dynamic movements, this class targets every major muscle group to help you sculpt, tone, and increase functional strength. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll challenge your muscles, improve your stability, and push your limits in this fast-paced, results-driven class. Get ready to feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in every movement!

WELL | KICK

Well Kick is a full-body workout that fuses the power of kickboxing with strength training using just your bodyweight and dumbbells. You'll throw punches, kicks, and dynamic combos to elevate your heart rate, then shift into sculpting sequences that challenge your muscles and build lean strength. No equipment beyond your own power and a pair of dumbbells—just sweat, strength, and serious results.

COREDIO

Coredio is a high-energy workout that combines dynamic cardio intervals with targeted core training. Designed to build endurance, enhance stability, and define your midsection, this class keeps your heart rate up while engaging your abs, obliques, and lower back through every move. Expect a powerful mix of movement and muscle work that leaves you stronger, leaner, and more centered.

WELL | SLAM

Well Slam is an explosive, total-body workout that combines powerful dynamic strength and conditioning exercises using a weighted exercise ball. Designed to build strength, boost endurance, and release stress, this class focuses on functional movements that engage your core, challenge your balance, and fire up every major muscle group. You'll lift, throw, twist, and slam your way to better power, control, and resilience.

WELL | SCULPT (COMING SOON!)

Well Sculpt is a full-body workout that uses controlled movements to sculpt and tone your muscles while syncing with the rhythm of the music. With each beat, you’ll engage in low-impact, high-intensity exercises designed to build endurance, burn fat, and define your body. This class is designed to push you to your limits in a fun, rhythmic atmosphere, leaving you feeling strong, empowered, and in tune with your body.

Equipment Needed

The only equipment needed for any of The Well classes:

  • yoga mat (also provided by the studio if you do not have one)
  • sweat towel
  • water bottle
  • gym shoes are optional, you may workout barefoot
